WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE SOLD?
NO! Your persona data is yours and you are in full control. You are free to use Homesavi’s full suite of services including budgeting, planning, credit monitoring, home search and educational videos without any fear. If and when you are interested in sharing your data it will be a one to one share to a Homesavi expert that will help you pull our partners into the process rather than of being bombarded by countless calls, texts and emails from companies trying to sell you services.
HOW DOES HOMESAVI MAKE MONEY IF THE SERVICE IS FREE?
Simple. We receive compensation for connecting our business partners in the home buying chain such as mortgage, real estate, insurance, title and escrow, etc with a well-educated, informed, prepared and qualified home buyer (that’s you!). An educated and prepared buyer saves all involved with the transaction time and money so it’s a win-win!
HOW DO I KNOW MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION IS SECURE ON THE SITE?

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY REALTOR?
Homesavi connects you with a realtor partner in your local market that understands the homesavi values and agrees to provide you a commission rebate of 1% of the sales price.
You are welcome to use Homesavi with your own realtor if you prefer however we cannot ensure they will offer this same rebate.
